 USAGE
   /pipe nick <name>              set your identity
   /pipe                          create a room (prints phrase)
   /pipe phrase <words>           join a room
   /pipe connect <nick>           connect to someone directly
   /pipe contacts                 who you've talked to
   /pipe config                   view/edit settings
   /pipe uninstall                remove everything

 HOW IT WORKS
   1. relay pairs you by room phrase or nick
   2. QUIC hole-punch establishes direct connection
   3. relay disconnects — all chat is peer-to-peer
   4. TLS 1.3 + XChaCha20 encrypts everything end-to-end
